Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Atlant Labs d.o.o. (“Atlant Labs”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Atlant Labs d.o.o., Dubrovnik, Croatia (MBS 090034310, OIB 89890773092). You can reach us by e-mail at info@atlantlabs.com.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we process the data you enter: your name, e-mail address, message and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or, where your message is not about a contract, our legitimate interest in answering it (Article 6(1)(f)).
We keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Bot protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person rather than an automated script. For this purpose Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Service providers
The following providers process your data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and bot protection), Resend, Inc. (delivery of the form message to our inbox) and Google (Google Workspace, our e-mail). Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose for one year. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own technical cookies needed for the check.
Server logs
Our hosting provider Cloudflare records technical data about requests (such as the IP address, time, requested page and browser) for the security and operation of the site. We do not use it to identify visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@atlantlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Croatia this is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
